Our business ethos is based around trust, transparency and honesty. We will never offer you a product that we would not like to wear ourselves and expect you to be explicit in your reasons for wanting a refund or exchange.

If you are unhappy with any of our supplied items for any reason, please follow the steps below…

  • Send us an email quoting the order number
  • Explain the reason for being less than happy
  • Suggest what we should do to make you happy again

We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will happily refund the full amount, if…

  • There is a verifiable defect in fabric or craftsmanship
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • Refunds will always be made to the source of payment, after deducting the FULL shipping cost of your order (what we charge during your order process is only a nominal shipping fee) and any card fees, etc.

 

We will happily offer you an exchange or voucher of the order value (excluding shipping costs), if You have just changed your mind about the product.

Custom stitched garments

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items which were stitched to your size based on the measurements provided by you. We will be happy to listen to your reasons and aim to resolve any genuine issues to the best of our ability.
